Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Fuji Cookbook, including the Android app and community recipe service. By creating an account, publishing a recipe, or buying a membership, you agree to these Terms.

Using Fuji Cookbook

You may use Fuji Cookbook for personal, lawful photography purposes. You are responsible for your device, camera, account, and activity. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use.

Camera changes and compatibility

Saving a recipe to a camera recipe slot overwrites the settings already stored there. Back up settings you want to keep. Camera firmware and model behavior can vary; you accept the risk of setting changes, failed transfers, incompatibility, or loss of unsaved camera configuration. Do not disconnect the camera during a write.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You may delete your account from Settings in the app. Deletion also removes community recipes associated with your account, subject to legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Community content

You retain ownership of recipes, notes, and images you submit. You grant Fuji Cookbook a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and format that content solely to operate and promote the community service.

You must have the right to share everything you submit. Do not publish illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, private, malicious, or unsafe content; spam; malware; personal information without permission; or content that violates another person’s rights. We may review, restrict, or remove content and suspend accounts to enforce these Terms or protect users.

Memberships

A membership unlocks saving recipes to camera recipe slots C4–C7 and early access to community recipes during their first seven days. Camera recipe slots C1–C3, older community recipes, your own submissions, and local recipe storage remain available without a membership.

Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Google Play. The exact price and currency shown by Google Play before purchase control; the initial United States prices are $1.99 monthly and $22.99 yearly. Your subscription renews unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel it in Google Play. Refunds are handled under Google Play’s policies and applicable law.

Intellectual property and disclaimer

The app, site, design, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Fuji Cookbook to you.

Fuji Cookbook is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or produced by FUJIFILM Corporation. FUJIFILM and related product names are trademarks of FUJIFILM Corporation. References to compatible products are descriptive only.

Service changes and availability

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuji Cookbook is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, camera configuration loss, or device damage arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations. We may update these Terms; continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
